Hello,

My name is Bianca and I am the owner of Beeekillinhair.  I'm so glad you're here and would like to introduce myself.  I have a passion for hair and truly enjoy what I do.  I love my family and outside of hair you can find me homeschooling my two little girls. I love teaching and have been homeschooling since 2018 and I also teach online hair classes.  You can also find me hanging out with my hubby.  In addition to these things I love makeup, fashion, thrifting, traveling, and I am also a big fan of movies and shows from the 80s and 90s.  I really hope to one day meet you and learn all about you and your favorite things, talk soon!

At Beeekillinhair, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why Beeekillinhair has some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your time with me goes as smoothly as possible.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment will not be charged unless you choose to pay prior to your appointment
$25 non-refundable deposit fee to book (Amount will be deducted from total) Can only be used to reschedule one appointment, after that a new deposit is due.
Cards are the only method of payment that I will be accepting right now

 

HAIR POLICY

All hair must be washed, conditioned, and blown out (whatever method you choose to dry your hair, it must be stretched and easy for me to comb and part through) prior to your appointment.

Minimal product, no greasy hair please

If hair is not stretched and ready to braid an extra $25 fee may be applied to the cost of the style.

Please bring recommended amount of hair that's listed under each style. If you bring less hair we may need to reschedule for another day and it‘ll be an additional $40 to apply more hair (I'm not close to a hair store)

If you wish to get other brands that is not a problem but you must bring what you think is necessary for your hair, I am not responsible for any problems or issues that may arise from brands I do not recommend.

 

TIME POLICY

I ask that you please be mindful of my time as well as my other client’s time or your appointment will be rescheduled.

I know things happen that may cause you to be late so I do allow 15 minute grace period only. You must be in my chair within the 15 minute time frame. If you show up after this time it will be an additional $25 late fee, no exceptions. If you come late and take advantage of the 15 minute grace period more than 3 times at every appointment you will be charged $25 at your real scheduled time.


After 25 minutes your appointment has to be rescheduled.

No Call, No show, No Text appointments will not be able to rebook in the future.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Things happen so if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may go online at anytime to do so. If possible please provide at least a weeks notice so that I can try to schedule someone else.

If you cancel more than a week before you may rebook a new appointment time and your deposit can be transferred once.

If you cancel less than a week before your appointment you will need to pay a new deposit.

If you cancel more than once you will need to text to book, the full amount will be due, and there will be a new $40 inconvenience fee. Your old deposit will not be transferred.

If you would like to reschedule for a new date you may do so at least 10 days prior (so someone else has enough time to book) to your old appointment however you will have to pay a new deposit $25 which will be deducted from your total.

I'm always on time and ready for each one of you however things can happen on my end as well. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will try to let you know 24-48 hours before so that we can reschedule another day and time. If I have to cancel and it’s less than 24 hrs I will discount your style for the inconvenience. ($40)

Also, due to the pandemic if I need to cancel because of closures your deposit will be forwarded to a new date in the future.

 

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER

In order to provide you with a relaxing experience I ask that only the person being serviced show up to the appointment, No kids or extra people please. The only people that will be there during your appointment will be you and I.

Squeeze in Appointment

Squeeze in appointments are taken when no other appointments are available. These appointments will be booked through text.
